The Westmoreland County Wetlands Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 17,
2026 starting at 1:30 P.M., in the George D. English Sr. Memorial Building, 111 Polk Street,
Montross, Virginia. The following cases are under consideration for Wetlands Board approval:
Case# 1515 – Jacqueline Mackey, of 12 Cat Nip Lane, Kinsale VA 22488 and agent Bayshore
Design LLC of 8518 Cope Hwy, Hague VA 22469 request the Wetlands Board approval to
construct a 370’ rip-rap sill with 85 cubic yards of beach nourishment with 1,800 square feet of
wetland vegetation plantings, also construct a 13’ and 81’ rip-rap revetments. Project is located at
563 Wilton Woods Dr, Hague VA 22469. Tax Map 39D-14 & 39D-15. VMRC# 26-1282.
Copies of the applications and other information are available for public review during regular
business hours in the Land Use Administration office, in the George D. English Sr. Memorial
Building, 111 Polk Street, Montross, VA.
Individuals needing special accommodations should contact the Land Use Administration office
prior to the hearing.
