The Westmoreland County Wetlands Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 15, 2026 starting at 1:30 P.M., in the George D. English Sr. Memorial Building, 111 Polk Street, Montross, Virginia. The following cases are under consideration for Wetlands Board approval:

Case# 1513 - John and Nancy Herndon of 68 Haulover Circle, Montross VA 22520 and agent Bayshore Design LLC of 8518 Cope Hwy, Hague VA 22469 request Wetland Board approval to construct 130’ armor stone revetment, 50’ armor stone breakwater, and beach nourishment. The Project is located at 68 Haulover Circle, Montross VA 22520. Tax Map 23E-137. VMRC# 26-0714.

Case# 1514 - Lloyd and Brenda Wright of 11307 Baritone Court, Silver Spring MD 20901 and agent Bayshore Design LLC of 8518 Cope Hwy, Hague VA 22469 request Wetland Board approval to construct 168’ replacement timber bulkhead, construct 32’ timber bulkhead return wall extension. Project is located at 141 Jenkins Point Road, Montross VA 22520. Tax Map 36-41. VMRC# 26-0981.

Copies of the applications and other information are available for public review during regular business hours in the Land Use Administration office, in the George D. English Sr. Memorial Building, 111 Polk Street, Montross, VA.
