4. Wetlands Applications: 

• Application 26-19 VMRC 26-0798 Robert Sauer, Virginia Electric and Power Company (Applicant), Katie Brown, Environmental Consultant, Dominion Energy (Agent): Install or repair shoreline protection along 600 linear feet of shoreline along the York River. The proposal is to repair approximately 190 linear feet of existing riprap, replace approximately 200 linear feet of existing seawall with riprap, and install approximately 200 linear feet of riprap where shoreline protection was not historically placed.

• Violation 26-22 VMRC 23-1389 Seaford Breeze, LLC (Wayne Harbin Applicant), Randolph Carnell, Living Shorelines, LLC (Agent): Request to construct a living shoreline with a 131 linear foot sill, sand fill and plantings. Project was not constructed per approved drawings. Unauthorized tidal wetlands vegetation impacts along the shoreline of Back Creek at 111 Shirley Road.

• Application 25-40 VMRC 25-1503 for Daniel Librando (Applicant), Mike Henrich, Permit Division LLC (Agent): Revision to add an additional 50 linear feet of revetment to the project along Chisman Creek at 1500 Seaford Road.
