A. Hill. This request is to construct 2 low-profile timber groins within the
Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on Mill Creek, at
Tax Map Parcel # 30D-4-5. 55 Hillview Lane
B. Wetlands Application # 2025-2767 submitted by Delta Marine Construction,
LLC on behalf of David Hodgkins. This request is to demo and dispose existing
58' low-profile groin. Construct one groin 58' low-profile within the Wetlands
Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on the Rappahannock River,
at Tax Map Parcel # 40-86-10. 193 Riverbank Drive
C. Wetlands Application # 2026-0014 submitted by Stove Point Improvement c/o
Scott Brannan. This request is for repaving of 625' of Fishing Bay Road and
replacement of a 4" drainage pipe to an 8" drainage pipe within the Wetlands
Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on Fishing Bay, at Tax Map
Parcel # 40-387, 388, 50-A & B1, 49A. 1087 & 1215 Fishing Bay Road. 50, 66,
& 78 Ruark’s Lane
D. Wetlands Application # 2026-0037 submitted by CDB, INC. on behalf of James
A. Hill. This request is to construct one low-profile groin within the Wetlands
Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on Mill Creek, at Tax Map
Parcel # 30D-5-15A. 95 Hillview Lane
E. Wetlands Application # 2026-0060 submitted by Delta Marine Construction on
behalf of Deana Massey. This request is to Install Group 2 Living Shoreline
within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on
Bush Creek, at Tax Map Parcel # 39C-2-13. 38 Point Cove Lane
F. Wetlands Application # 2026-0351 submitted by Alston Williams. This request
is to install a 50'X100'X3' marsh sill with wetlands vegetation within the
Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on the Piankatank
River, at Tax Map Parcel # 45-7-E-15. 30 Birch Tree Trace
G. Wetlands Application # 2026-0688 submitted by Gardner Christian. This
request is to install a 48'X16'X4' groin with rip rap within the Wetlands Board’s

the speaker and that they forfeit their individual time to speak;
iii. Are allowed 12 minutes to make their presentation(s)
