Pursuant to Chapter 23. I of the York County Code, notice is hereby given that the York County Wetlands Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Public Works Administration Building, 105 Service Drive, Yorktown, Virginia, and consider the following applications:

• Application 25-34 VMRC 25-1297 for Robert Bunting (Applicant): Requesting to construct 60 linear feet of living shoreline with a sill, sand fill and plantings and construct a 25 linear foot revetment along Chisman Creek at 219 Robanna Drive.
• Application 25-45 VMRC 25-1881 for Richard & Shannon Fish (Applicants), and Randy Carnell (Agent): Requesting to construct a 117 linear foot replacement bulkhead along Back Creek at I 00 Buckingham Drive.

All interested parties will be afforded the opportunity to be heard or to present written statements at the public hearing.
