A.
Wetlands Application # 2025-0376 submitted by Safe Harbor Stingray Point. This request is that 425 ft of existing bulkhead, including a 5' return on each end, will be replaced with a new composite bulkhead, will be installed 4 ft landward of existing bulkhead, and the Northern most end will have 20SF of impact within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on Broad Creek, at Tax Map Parcel # 41-161, 162, & 164.
B.
Wetlands Application # 2025-0790 submitted by Riverworks, INC on behalf of Mariner's Point Unit Owners Association. This request is to repair riprap marsh sill, adding additional 6” to a 50 L.F. low portion of sill, sand, and vegetation, repair riprap revetment 10 LF, new construction of a marsh toe sill living shoreline, and oyster castle type living shoreline within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on Wilton Creek, at Tax Map Parcel # 43C-4-1, 2, 3, & 4. 117 Mariners Point Ln

Wetlands Application # 2025-1276 submitted by Donald Hatchett. This request is for the concrete and brick cobble existing to be reworked, rip rap to be toed in approx. 3' in front of MHW and extend upslope with length of 92' along shoreline within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on Jackson Creek, at Tax Map Parcel # 40-43-4. 168 Norton Lane

Wetlands Application # 2025-1279 submitted by Allen Krowe Rev. Trust C/O Vivian Carr. This request is the complete removal of existing 450 timber bulkhead and 12' timber return. Install back in same footprint a 450' Vinyl C-Lock 9000 bulkhead and new 12' return within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on Jackson Creek, at Tax Map Parcel # 40-162. 414 Lovers Lane
