The James City County Wetlands Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 13, 2025,
at 5:00 P.M. in the County Government Conference Room of Building F, 101 Mounts Bay Road,
James City County, Virginia.
The Wetlands Board will hear the following case:
WJPA-25-0011: Mr. Andrew Gurley, CLS Marine, LLC., on behalf of Mr. Adam Medek, has
applied for a Wetlands Permit for the installation of a bulkhead on property located at 7236 Otey
Drive, JCC Real Estate Tax Map Parcel No. 1910600008.
The applications and plans are on file and may be viewed during normal office hours in the
Stormwater and Resource Protection Division, 101 Mounts Bay Road, Building E, James City
County, Virginia.
