Dear relevant party,
This memo shall serve as your official meeting notice of the King George County Wetlands Board. The meeting will be held on Thursday May 22, 2025, in the multipurpose room at the King George Sheriff’s Office starting at 6:30pm.

The Board will hear case number JPA Z-2025-00929 Farley Vale Dock Repair. The applicant proposed to perform maintenance on an existing dock structure, which has fallen into disrepair, and to repair the existing boat slip to facilitate ingress and egress of vessels. Request by Farly Vale LLC Applicant proposes to perform maintenance on an existing dock structure for the purpose of bringing it back into service with the same specifications and footprint as the originally permitted design. Note that the applicant no longer proposes to perform any dredging at this time. Information gathered from Application Letter for Hearing by Wetlands Board dated 3/31/25. The property is located on the Rappahannock River at 12475 Farley Vale Drive, Tax Map: 22, Parcel: 49A, King George, VA 22485.
