Horus Virginia 1, LLC (RE0000348) has provided the Department of Environmental Quality with a notice of intent to submit the necessary documentation for a permit by rule for a small renewable energy project (solar), pursuant to Virginia Regulation 9VAC15-60.

The proposed Bellringer Solar Project will be located at 1030 Bellringer Lane in the Town of Berryville, Clarke County, Virginia, on Clarke County Parcel No. 13-A-13. The project area includes approximately 390 acres, and the centroid coordinates of the site are 39.156816°, -78.009956°. The facility is proposed as a 50 MWac solar energy generation project and is anticipated to utilize approximately 117,740 solar panels.
