David Schlotter – VMRC # 2024-2590

The portion of the project in the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction is the installation of an approximate 50’ revetment in front of the existing bulkhead on the subject property and connected to a proposed revetment on the neighboring property to the east.  This project is located at 37464 Bayside Drive, Greenbackville, tax map # 5A1-1-991.

David Kieffer – VMRC # 2024-2592

The portion of the project in the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction is the installation of an approximate 25’ revetment from the existing bulkhead on the subject property to a proposed revetment on the neighboring property to the west.  This project is located at 37470 Bayside Drive, Greenbackville, tax map # 5A1-1-990.

Freedom Mortgage Corporation – VMRC # 2024-2834

The portion of the project in the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction is the installation of a 243’ bulkhead with two 4’ return walls for a total length of 251’ behind a failed bulkhead, which will be removed.  This project is located at 20270 Canvasback Lane, tax map # 75D-3-3-14.
