POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

I. Chapter 4 VAC 20-390-10 et seq., “Wetlands Mitigation -- Compensation Policy”

The Commission proposes to amend Chapter 4 VAC 20-390-10 et seq., “Wetlands Mitigation -- Compensation Policy” to update the sequencing of mitigation options for permitted impact to tidal wetlands.

The purpose of this regulation is to comply with the legislative mandate of Chapter 334 of the 2023 Acts of the Virginia General Assembly (HB 1950).
