The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) will release the Final 2020 305(b)/303(d) Water Quality Assessment Integrated Report on January 4, 2021.

The Integrated Report combines both the 305(b) Water Quality Assessment and the 303(d) Report on Impaired Waters. The draft report was available for public comment June 8, 2020 through July 9, 2020.   Comments were received from the public and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).  EPA approved the final report on December 9, 2020.
