Virginia Electric and Power Company d/b/a Dominion Energy has provided the Department of Environmental Quality a notice of intent to submit the necessary documentation for a permit by rule for a small renewable energy project (solar) in Prince George County, pursuant to Virginia regulation 9VAC15-60. The notice is for a 150 MW ac solar project, The project will be constructed on an approximately 3,100 acre parcel located outside of Disputanta, north of Route 10 in the Wards Creek and Fort Powhatan Road area.
