Windsor PV1, LLC has provided the Department of Environmental Quality of a notice of intent to submit the necessary documentation for a permit by rule for a small renewable energy project (solar) in Isle of Wight County pursuant to Virginia Regulation 9VAC15-60. The project is to be located in south-central Isle of Wight County, approximately 0.5 mile to the west of the Town of Windsor. The project is located on approximately 573 acres and has an approximate rated capacity of 85 megawatts (AC).
