Pursuant to Chapters 95, 732 and 562 of the 2020 Acts of Assembly, public comment is being sought on an exempt action to amend 22VAC40-201, Permanency Services- Prevention, Foster Care, and Independent Living.  The State Board of Social Services will take action on this regulation on August 19, 2020.
