Governor Result: Approved I have reviewed the proposed regulation on a preliminary basis. While I reserve the right to take action under the Administrative Process Act during the final adoption period, I have no objection to this regulation based on the information and public comment currently available. I do encourge the Board to pay close attention to public comment and to address any concerns expressed by the public.
