| Purpose of the meeting The Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services (Board) will meet to discuss issues related to Virginia agriculture and consumer services. Staff will request Board approval of a final stage action to promulgate 2 VAC 5-455 (Regulations for Tradespersons Installing Invasive Plant Species) and a proposed action to amend 2 VAC 5-360 (Regulations for the Enforcement of the Virginia Commercial Feed Act). Staff will also notify the Board of the expansion of the regulated area of 2 VAC 5-315 (Virginia Imported Fire Ant Quarantine for Enforcement of the Virginia Pest Law). The Board will also review its electronic meeting policy. The Board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. | |||||||
