| Purpose of the meeting This will be a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Virginia Housing Development Authority. The Board of Commissioners will review and, if appropriate, approve the minutes from prior meetings; may consider for approval and ratification mortgage loan commitments under its various programs; will review the Authority’s operations for the prior months; and will consider such other matters and take such other actions as they may deem appropriate. The Commissioners may also meet at scheduled events, including meals, before the regular meeting and during the Governor’s Housing Conference on November 29th through December 1st. The planned agenda of the meeting will be available at the offices of the Authority one week prior to the date of the meeting. | |
