| Purpose of the meeting This will be a special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Virginia Housing Development Authority. The Board of Commissioners will consider for approval a proposed financing of Janna Lee Village in Fairfax County and the adoption of a policy on the future financing of leasehold interests and may consider such other matters and take such other actions as they may deem appropriate. The Board may also meet during meals before and after the meeting. The planned agenda of the meeting will be available at the offices of the Authority one week prior to the date of the meeting. | |
