Purpose of the meeting
The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board will meet to consider the adoption of amendments to several chapters of its regulations using the fast-track rulemaking process. If amendments are adopted and the Governor concurs, the Board will proceed to publish the proposed amendments and receive public comment, including a public hearing.
