| Purpose of the meeting This will be the annual meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Virginia Housing Development Authority. The Board of Commissioners will elect a Chairman and Vice Chairman, will review and, if appropriate, approve the minutes from the prior meeting; may consider for approval and ratification mortgage loan commitments under its various programs; will review the Authority’s operations for prior months; and may consider such other matters and take such other actions as they may deem appropriate. Various committees of the Board of Commissioners, including the Programs Committee, the Audit/Operations Committee, the Executive Committee and the Committee of the Whole, may also meet during the day preceding the meeting and before or after the meeting and consider matters within their purview. The annual meeting of the shareholders and board of directors of Housing for Virginia, Inc., a corporation wholly owned by the Authority, will be held following the meeting of the Authority’s Board of Commissioner. | |
