| Purpose of the meeting PURPOSE OF NOTICE: To announce a Summary of Comments Public Hearing for the Arlington County Water Pollution Control Facility, a controversial permit, in accordance with § 10.1-1184.1 of the Code of Virginia. PUBLIC HEARING: Central Library, Barbara M. Donnellan Auditorium at 1015 N Quincy Street, Arlington, VA 22201 on November 19, 2026 from 6:00 p.m. to when public comment is complete or 7:30 p.m., whichever is earlier. PURPOSE OF HEARING: To obtain input on the Department's Summary of Comments from individuals who previously commented, either in person at the draft permit public hearing or in writing during the public comment periods. No new information will be accepted at the hearing. Only comments regarding the Department’s Summary of Comments will be accepted. The public may review the Department’s public comment summary and response on the Virginia Regulatory Town Hall, DEQ website at https://www.deq.virginia.gov/news-info/shortcuts/controversial-permits, or by contacting the permit writer or DEQ office named below.
