Purpose of the meeting
PURPOSE OF NOTICE: To announce a Summary of Comments Public Hearing for the Lake Anna Tech Campus, a controversial permit, in accordance with § 10.1-1184.1 of the Code of Virginia. PUBLIC HEARING: Louisa County Middle School at 1009 Davis Hwy., Mineral, VA 23117 on June 9, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., and will end when public comment is complete or 9:00 p.m., whichever is earlier. PURPOSE OF HEARING: To obtain input on the Department’s Summary of Comments from individuals who previously commented, either in person at the draft permit public hearing or in writing during the public comment periods. No new information will be accepted at the hearing. Only comments regarding the Department’s Summary of Comments will be accepted.
