Purpose of the meeting
The Virginia Board of Education will meet on the date and time listed above in the Lecture Hall on the first floor of the Library of Virginia, 800 East Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia, 23219. All meetings, except closed meetings, are open to the public and will be livestreamed on the VDOE YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrbxl9wHScrWKWIEoUWNIfQ/videos). The agenda and meeting materials will be available on the meeting page on the VDOE website: https://www.doe.virginia.gov/state-board-data-funding/virginia-board-of-education/2025-board-meetings-agendas-and-minutes The Board president reserves the right to change this schedule depending upon the time constraints during the meetings. The Board will not accept public comment on this day. The Board of Education accepts public comment on all matters related to public education in Virginia through the Board of Education Comment Form. Comments will be shared with Board members as part of the meeting materials for its next scheduled business meeting. Comments may be submitted at any time.
