| Purpose of the meeting The DCR will facilitate the Public Comment Meeting to present the proposed park purpose statement, interpretive themes, master plan goals and objectives, and planned improvements at the park for the Powhatan State Park Master Plan update. The DCR will also provide an opportunity for the public to ask questions and submit comments verbally or in writing regarding the proposed master plan for the park. | |
