| Purpose of the meeting A panel of the Board of Physical Therapy will conduct formal administrative hearings to inquire into allegations that a licensee may have violated certain laws and regulations governing the practice of physical therapy. The Board will further consider whether a substantial danger to the public health or safety exists that may warrant the summary suspensions of the licenses of practitioners pursuant to Virginia Code Section 54.1-2408.1.The Board will meet in open and closed sessions pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Virginia Code. Public comment will not be received. | |
