| Purpose of the meeting The Advisory Board on Teacher Education and Licensure (ABTEL) will convene on Monday, March 3, at 9:00 a.m. at the Embassy Suites By Hilton Richmond Hotel (Henrico County), 2925 Emerywood Parkway, Richmond, Virginia 23294. The meeting is open to the public and will be livestreamed on the VDOE YouTube Channel. Public comment will be accepted. Written public comment is always accepted and should be emailed by noon Tuesday, February 25, 2025, to Alice.Bryant@doe.virginia.gov with the subject line, ABTEL Comment for March 3, 2025. All written comments received by the deadline will be shared with Advisory Board members in advance of the meeting. Requests to address the Advisory Board during the public comment portion of the meeting should be emailed by noon Tuesday, February 25, 2025, to Alice.Bryant@doe.virginia.gov with the subject line, Request to Address Advisory Board on March 3, 2025.
