Purpose of the meeting
A meeting of the Virginia Erosion and Stormwater Management (VESM) Regulation Regulatory Advisory Panel (RAP) to discuss amending the Virginia Erosion and Stormwater Management Regulation (9VAC25-875) to change the statewide permit fee schedule for the Virginia Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit for Discharges of Stormwater from Construction Activities and municipal separate storm sewer system permits in accordance with Chapter 2 (Budget Bill, Item 363 J) of the 2024 Special Session I Acts of Assembly.. The Notice of Intended Regulatory Action was published in the September 9, 2024 Virginia Register of Regulations.
