| Purpose of the meeting The Advisory Board on Teacher Education and Licensure (ABTEL) will convene Monday, November 18, at 9:00 a.m. at the Embassy Suites By Hilton Richmond Hotel (Henrico County), 2925 Emerywood Parkway, Richmond, Virginia 23294. The meeting is open to the public and will be livestreamed on VDOE YouTube Channel. Public comment will be accepted. Written public comment is always accepted and should be emailed by noon Wednesday, November 13, 2024, to Alice.Bryant@doe.virginia.gov with the subject line, ABTEL Comment for November 18, 2024. All written comments received by the deadline will be shared with Advisory Board members in advance of the meeting. Requests to address the Advisory Board during the public comment portion of the meeting should be emailed by noon Wednesday, November 13, 2024, to Alice.Bryant@doe.virginia.gov with the subject line, Request to Address Advisory Board on November 18, 2024.
