| Purpose of the meeting A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Virginia Housing Development Authority (Virginia Housing) will be held at 10:55 a.m. on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, on the first floor of the Virginia Housing Headquarters Building located at 601 S. Belvidere Street, Richmond, Virginia, 23220. Meeting, Time & Location: Executive Committee- 8:45 a.m. HQ Board Room Audit Committee-9:50 a.m. HQ Board Room Board Meeting- 10:55 a.m. HQ Richmond Rooms 1 & 2 The meeting will be in person, and the format will not be changed unless Virginia Housing provides a new notice that complies with Virginia Code § 2.2-3707. However, per Virginia Housing’s Amended and Restated Policy Governing Electronic Participation in Board Meetings dated August 13, 2024, one or more Commissioners may participate in the Board of Commissioners meeting from a remote location using electronic communication, as described below. The public may also utilize such links.
