| Purpose of the meeting NOTE: Committee meetings will be held from 8:30 a.m. - 9:15 a.m. before the start of the regular board meeting on December 11th. The Policy and Evaluation Committee has a separate login on page 1, as noted in the packet. The Planning and Budget Committee meeting login is the same as the full board meeting, as noted on page 2. Agendas for the committees are in the back of the packet. Regulatory Business: No regulatory actions will be taken at this meeting, only updates. Bylaws: The board will vote on revisions to the Bylaws. • Notice: No comment will be accepted on petitions for rulemaking or regulatory actions for which the comment period has closed. It is preferred but not required that persons wishing to give comment at this meeting submit an email indicating that they wish to provide comment to ruthanne.walker@dbhds.virginia.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. on December 10, 2024. Three minutes of comment may be offered, within the overall time allowed for comments.
