| Purpose of the meeting Purpose of Notice: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District Regulatory Branch (USACE) and the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) are hosting a Mitigation Bank (Bank)/In Lieu Fee (ILF) Meeting (Meeting) for environmental consultants and Bank/ILF Sponsors working within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
