| Purpose of the meeting To review the feasibility of allowing audio and video recordings to be submitted with a notice of final adverse decision as a record pertinent to the decision in accordance with ยง 54.1-2354.4 of the Code of Virginia, as set forth in Senate Bill 693. The meeting is open to the public; however, a portion of the Board's business may be discussed in Closed Session. Persons desiring to participate in the meeting and requiring special accommodations or interpretive services should contact the Department 804-367-0362 at least 10 days prior to this meeting so that suitable arrangements can be made for an appropriate accommodation.
