| Purpose of the meeting An informational meeting to provide the Department of Environmental Quality the opportunity to exchange information with the interested public on technical issues concerning the proposed reissuance of the permit for land application, such as site-specific information, the standard content of permits that regulate land application, and how the public can provide comment on the requested land application sites. Recyc Systems Inc. has submitted an application to authorize the land application of biosolids to1909 acres of agricultural and silvicultural’ land (of which 848.4 acres is new land application area) at a controlled rate that is protective of water quality and human health.
