Purpose of the meeting
Committees of the Board (Secure Services and Non-secure services) meet at 9:00 AM to receive certification audit reports. The Full Board meets at 10:00 AM to take certification action, to consider revisions to Regulations for Reimbursement of Juvenile Residential Facility Costs (6 VAC 35-30), to hear from detention homes seeking authorization to use pepper spray under certain conditions, and to consider such other matters as may come before the board.
