| Purpose of the meeting To review complaints by complainant Larry Bush in regards to JMAC Leasing, Inc. Permit #1102325 in Wise County, Virginia and Permit # 1102287 in Lee County, Virginia. Comments received during the Formal Hearing, along with written comments, will be considered during the review of the captioned orders. The Formal Hearing will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m. and will proceed through until it's final. ** Per the Prehearing Conference of June 15, 2021. An order from Formal Hearings Officer, T. Lee.
