| Purpose of the meeting The Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services (Board) will meet to discuss issues related to Virginia agriculture and consumer services. The Board will hold its annual election and consider the proposed appointment of Virginia Winery Distribution Company board members. Staff will request the Board approval of the Notice of Intended Regulatory Action – 2 VAC 5-317, Regulations for the Enforcement of the Noxious Weeds Law. The Board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. | |||
