Purpose of the meeting
A meeting of the Regulatory Advisory Panel established to assist the Department in the development of recommended amendments to provisions of the Groundwater Withdrawal Regulations (9VAC25-610) and the development of a general permit regulation (9VAC25-910) for the use of the surficial aquifer on the Eastern Shore. The purpose of the meeting is to continue discussion of the development of a general permit that will provide incentives for the use of the surficial aquifer on the Eastern Shore for non-potable purposes.
