| Purpose of the meeting The Charitable Gaming Board’s Texas Hold’em Poker Tournament Workgroup (Workgroup) will meet to discuss amending 11 VAC 15-40 et seq., Charitable Gaming Regulations, in order to promulgate regulations pertaining to Texas Hold’em poker tournaments, as mandated by Chapter 982 of the 2020 Acts of Assembly (Senate Bill 936). The Workgroup will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodation in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date, so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation. | |||
