| Purpose of the meeting Because of the nature of the emergency meeting (with no physical quorum present), any person seeking to make comment to the State Board must submit comment in writing by 5 p.m. on April 1, 2020, via email (ruthanne.walker@dbhds.virginia.gov). Comment will be received into the record at the beginning of the meeting and viewable to members and the public via electronic means. Any public comment received will be added to the minutes of the meeting. Regulatory Business: To vote on the draft language to amend the Rules and Regulations for Licensing Providers by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services [12VAC35-105] (“Licensing Regulations”) for the Final Stage of the regulatory action titled, “Compliance with Virginia’s Settlement Agreement with US DOJ.” See instructions for listening to the meeting on the last page of the agenda packet. | |||
