| Purpose of the meeting A meeting of the regulatory advisory panel established to assist the Department of Environmental Quality in the development and formation of proposed amendments to provisions of the Groundwater Withdrawal Regulations (9VAC25-610) and the development of a general permit regulation (9VAC25-910) for the use of the surficial aquifer on the Eastern Shore for consideration by the State Water Control Board. The primary function of the panel is to develop recommended regulation amendments through the collaborative approach of regulatory negotiation and consensus. | |||||
