| Purpose of the meeting Consistent with Amendment 28 to HB29 (Budget Bill for 2018-2020) and the applicable provisions of ยง 2.2-3708.2 in the Freedom of Information Act, the Board will convene a Webex virtual meeting to receive comment on the proposed regulation. Written public comment may be sent to caroline.juran@dhp.virginia.gov in advance of the meeting. Public comment will also be received at the beginning of the meeting from those persons who have submitted an email to caroline.juran@dhp.virginia.gov no later than 8am on June 16, 2020 indicating that they wish to offer comment.
