| Purpose of the meeting This will be the regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Virginia Housing Development Authority. The Board of Commissioners will review and, if appropriate, approve the minutes from the prior monthly meeting; may consider for approval and ratification mortgage loan commitments under its multi-family mortgage loan programs; will review the Authority's operations for the prior month; and consider such other matters and take such other actions as they may deem appropriate. Various committees of the Board of Commissioners, including the Programs Committee, the Audit/Operations Committee, the Policy Committee, and the Committee of the Whole, may also meet during the day preceding the regular meeting and before and after the regular meeting and may consider matters within their purview. | |
