| Purpose of the meeting The sole purpose of this meeting is final action on amendments to (1) 9 VAC 20-60 - Hazardous Waste Management Regulations Amendment 16 and (2) 9 VAC 20-90 – Solid Waste Management Facility Permit Fees. This meeting will be conducted through electronic communication. The primary location is the Department of Environmental Quality’s Central Office at 629 E. Main Street in Richmond. Other public locations include the Department of Environmental Quality’s office at 13901 Crowne Court in Woodbridge. Other locations may be added and notice of these will be through the Town Hall Department’s web site. Any members of the public planning to attend the meeting at any of the locations outside of Richmond are asked to let the Department know in advance which location they plan to use to attend. This is only to ensure adequate meeting space for the public at each location. | |
