| Purpose of the meeting The Board will meet to discuss issues related to Virginia agriculture and consumer services. Staff will request the Board’s approval of an exempt regulatory action to adopt amendments necessary to conform 2 VAC 5-585 (Retail Food Establishment Regulations) to recent changes in the Code of Virginia. The Board will also consider a petition for rulemaking related to 2 VAC 5-490 (Regulations Governing Grade "A" Milk). Additionally, a public hearing will be held in conjunction with the meeting. A hearing will be held at 3:00 p.m. to receive comments on the proposed amendments to 2 VAC 5-675 (Regulations Governing the Pesticide Fees Charged by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services). The Board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. | |||||
