Purpose of the meeting
A public meeting for the Department of Environmental Quality to exchange information with the interested public on technical issues related to an application from Recyc Systems, Inc. for a permit modification that would authorize the land application of biosolids and water treatment plant residuals as fertilizer to an additional 681.3 acres of agricultural land at 4 sites located within Greene County at controlled rates protective of water quality and human health.
