| Purpose of the meeting A public hearing to receive comment on a new fossil fuel combustion by-products (FFCP) captive Industrial Solid Waste Management Facility permit for the Chesterfield Power Station FFCP Management Facility located at the existing Dominion Chesterfield Power Station. The proposed landfill has been designed in accordance with the requirements of Federal Rule 40 CFR 257, as incorporated into the Virginia Solid Waste Management Regulation. The public comment period begins on January 22, 2016 and ends on March 10, 2016. Also, an information briefing will be held immediately before the public hearing from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. | |
