| Purpose of the meeting The Board will discuss the promotion, research, and education programs. In addition, the Board will review the budget and hear project proposals for the 2016 season. The Board will also review 2 VAC 5-300, Rules and Regulations for the Enforcement of the Virginia Seed Potato Standards, and plan for the 2016 seed season. The Board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodation in order to participate in the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date, so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation. | |||
