| Purpose of the meeting At the request of the Senate Committee on Education and Health and the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Conservation and Natural Resources, the Board of Pharmacy will convene a workgroup related to wildlife rehabilitation to examine the current language of the Code to recommend options for licensed veterinarians who supervise and work with wildlife rehabilitators to dispense and supervise the use of certain Schedule VI drugs and other controlled items, outside the traditional doctor/patient relationship. | |
