| Purpose of the meeting A public hearing to receive comments on a draft permit modification and draft variance for the R-Board Sanitary Landfill in Stafford County. The permit modification would allow the construction of new disposal units, cell f and cell g; and provide a variance to requirements for constructing additional leachate storage tanks. The public comment period begins on September 17, 2012 and ends on November 2, 2012. | |
